The algorithm and software for generating the uniform polyhedra originated
in the *Kaleido* program of Zvi Har'El [1993]. I modified a port of
the software to Mathematica made by Roman Maeder [1993] to make these VRML
files. For the source code, see http://gauss.technion.ac.il:80/~rl/

The software I wrote for producing the 59 VRML stellations of the icosahedron is adapted from the work of Roman Maeder [1994]. For his source code, see http://www.mathconsult.ch/showroom/unipoly/index.html

The software for generating the stellations of the rhombic triacontahedron
comes from Peter W. Messer, and is described in his article *Stellations
of the Rhombic Triacontahedron and Beyond*.

The data for most of the Johnson polyhedra originated in a database constructed by Andrew Hume [1986], and publicly available at NetLib. I modified a number of the models to correct for various minor omissions and errors.
